App and account help
Contact us about signing in, account access, notifications, location permissions, garden or bee records, missing Plus access, or another app problem.
Subscriptions and refunds
Apple and Google manage Plus billing, cancellation, and refund requests. Our help page will take you to the correct store.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account in the app or submit a verified request without reinstalling it.
Crown Bees and Shopify orders
Physical products, shipping, Harvest Service, returns, and Shopify orders are separate from Pollinator Oasis Plus. Include your order number when contacting us.

For an app problem, please include your device type, whether you use Apple or Android, the app version if available, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can be helpful when it does not contain sensitive information.
